• Allows 2 people to hear both sides of the conversation

• The Y tail plugs into the existing Plantronics 10' curly cord, the trainer plugs into the short end, and the trainee plugs into the long end
• Red inline switch on the cord allows user to switch who speaks - one of the two users is always muted
